Brianna Brennan, LMFT is a certified Attachment-Based Family Therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and families. Brianna is highly trained to work with depressed teens and their families to repair relational ruptures and restore connection and trust. Brianna received her training in Philadelphia at Thomas Jefferson University. She has extensive experience working with acute issues such as suicidality, depression, self-harm, trauma, addiction, and abuse. Brianna has worked with families in their homes, as well as in partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. Her therapeutic orientation is systemic, structural, and emotionally-focused.

While Brianna specializes in working with families, she also enjoys working with individuals and couples. She has received training in the Emotionally Focused Therapy model and utilizes this modality in relationship therapy. Her warm and direct approach helps clients to feel fully guided and supported, while also gaining confidence to step into the role as leader of one's own life. It is a joy and privilege for Brianna to actively listen to her client's stories and be in the presence of them achieving their goals and, most importantly, feeling more authentic in their relationships!
